Price:
The prices for goods and / or services are including GST. Prices are excluding Postage charges. We reserve the right to make changes to prices without prior notice. Although we strive to make efforts to list products at accurate pricing, however in an event an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price by mistake, we reserve the right to process orders at the incorrect price. If an order has already been processed at incorrect price and also been paid, we will contact regarding cancellation of the order and reimburse you if payment is made for it.
Warranties:
The customer shall receive the benefit of all warranties and conditions which are implied by law and which we may not lawfully exclude. Subject to above but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all other implied warranties and conditions and limits it liabilities for a breach of an express or implied term, condition or warranty of this contract to one of the following at the option of Austco Wholesale:
- in the case of goods, to the replacement or repair of the goods or the cost of replacing or repairing the goods, excluding any postage & delivery charges.
- in the case of services, to the supplying of the services again, or the cost of supplying the services again.
Special attention for products with Manufacturer Warranty:
Lot of Products that we sell especially home appliances, electronics, Computers and peripheral products are serviced and supported by the manufacturer or products supplier. These products usually require a very high level of after sales support that only the manufacturer or product’s supplier can provide. It is for this reason; we cannot provide you any after sales service on such products. In all circumstance you must you must contact the manufacturer or supplier for any after sales service.
Applicable law:
These Terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and its appellate courts.
